Questions
What counts as a member?
Anyone in the Slack channel you chose for birthday announcements, excluding bots and deactivated accounts. Clipsus counts this once an hour and shows the number in the App Home tab.
What happens if a Free team grows past 15?
Announcements keep posting. Greeting cards, birthday channels and birthday-collection messages pause until you upgrade, and admins see the reason in the App Home tab.
How does the seat count change my bill?
Once a day Clipsus updates your subscription quantity to the current member count. Changes take effect on the next invoice; there is no mid-cycle proration in either direction.
How do I upgrade or manage billing?
Admins get an Upgrade button in the App Home tab. Payments are handled by Stripe; Clipsus never sees your card details. A Manage billing button opens the Stripe customer portal for invoices, card changes and cancellation.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace returns to the Free plan. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, email help@clipsus.app within 14 days of a charge and we'll sort it out.
