A "person" is anyone in the Slack channel where Clipsus posts birthdays. Bots and deactivated accounts never count.

What happens when the 14 days are up?

If your birthday channel has 15 people or fewer, nothing changes: you're on Free for good. Bigger teams keep getting birthday shout-outs, but group cards and gift channels pause until you upgrade. Nobody's birthday gets skipped.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Clipsus lives entirely inside Slack. Installing takes one click, and there's nothing else to sign up for or remember a password to.

What if my team grows or shrinks?

Your next bill simply matches the new headcount. No mid-month surprises, no pro-rated charges, and nothing for you to update.

How do I pay?

An admin presses Upgrade inside the Clipsus app in Slack and pays by card. Payments are handled by Stripe, the same company behind checkout at millions of businesses. We never see your card number.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from inside Slack. You keep Pro until the end of what you've already paid for, then drop back to Free. Removing the app from Slack cancels it too.

Charged by mistake, or something didn't work?

Email help@clipsus.app within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
